About Us

Doug has been in the telecommunications business since 1987.  Starting his career with Contel Telephone Service in St. Louis shortly after graduating from Sloan Hendrix High School.    Doug then went to work for E. Ritter Telephone Service in Marked Tree as an I and R Specialist in 1990. He was then transferred to E. Ritter Communications  as a Service Technician in Jonesboro, Arkansas in 1992.  In 1995 Doug began his 22 year career with NEE in Paragould, Arkansas, advancing to Senior Technician in 2003 after completing Level II testing and certification in Chicago, IL.  In April 2017 Doug started his own telecommunications business, Arkansas Business Communication Services, Inc., in Paragould, Arkansas.

Throughout my years in the industry, I have seen many changes, not only in my business but in the businesses that I have serviced.  I have always strived to help my customers to not only get the best from their equipment but to provide the best possible service  and technical support for them.  Stepping out on my own has allowed me to do just that.  With a low overhead and my expertise, I am just what you need in this ever-changing technical world that we live in today.  Someone to count on when you call.
